Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh seeks a Stock & Inventory Coordinator to support store and warehouse stock flow, ensure accuracy, and drive efficiency. You will coordinate transfers, counts, and deliveries, and work with Stores, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.

The role requires strong Excel skills, stock management knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stores. Some after-hours work and regional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory processes, and retail operations.
• Basic understanding of stock management systems, with the ability to learn and use the company stock management system.
• Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and follow-up.
• Good written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel between stores and the Warehouse when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage PLV orders, store-to-store transfers, deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve stock and operational issues.
• Track FOCUS tasks and operational actions through completion.
• Analyze operational reports to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
• Support operational or maintenance activities outside regular working hours when required.

What you'll be doing

1. Understand end-to-end stock flow and coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and
2. Operations to resolve delays, shortages, and operational issues.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

1. Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
