Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Inventory & Stock Control professional to ensure accurate stock levels, smooth receiving, transfers, and adjustments across stores and warehouses. You will collaborate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Operations to resolve delays and optimize stock flow.

The role requires strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills, knowledge of stock management systems, and the ability to work independently, adapt to shifts, and travel between stores when

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory processes, and retail operations.
• Basic understanding of stock management systems, with ability to learn our system.
• Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and follow-up.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel between stores and the Warehouse when required.

Responsibilities

• Track FOCUS tasks and operational actions through completion.
• Analyze operational reports to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
• Support operational or maintenance activities outside regular working hours when required.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

Job Details

1. Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and variances, support stock counts, and ensure proper receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

2. Systems & Data

Basic understanding of stock management systems, with the ability to learn and use the company stock management system. Strong Excel and operational reporting skills.

3. Operations & Supply Chain

Understand end-to-end stock flow and coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve delays, shortages, and operational issues.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.

5. Problem Solving & Ownership

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
