What you'll be doing
Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and variances, support stock counts, and ensure proper receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Basic understanding of stock management systems, with the ability to learn and use the company stock management system. Strong Excel and operational reporting skills.
Understand end-to-end stock flow and coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve delays, shortages, and operational issues.
Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
