You will collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and departments to design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding materials, sessions, and resources.

The role emphasizes strong HR compliance, communication, organizational excellence, and alignment with talent management and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Understanding HR policies, procedures and compliance including employment laws and privacy.
• Clear verbal and written communication to stakeholders during onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
• Coordinate with departments to provide resources and information for onboarding.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome kits and manuals.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture and structure.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires during onboarding.
• Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure a positive experience.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements to onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in onboarding.
• Partner with vendors to enhance onboarding with external resources.
• Align onboarding with talent management and retention initiatives.
• Support HSE initiatives and safety programs as relevant.
