Job summary

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to keep new joiners on track, maintain trackers in HR systems, and respond to onboarding queries with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 2–4 years in onboarding, HR operations or HR administration.
• Hands-on HR systems experience and accurate data entry.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities across pre-boarding and initial integration.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and verify documents against checklists.
