Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Officer in KSA to lead the employee relations function and ensure compliant, fair practices across the organization.

The role requires directing investigations, handling grievances, and guiding disciplinary actions while collaborating with HR leadership to boost engagement and morale in alignment with IMS policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for mediating conflicts and investigations.
• Analytical skills for data-driven recommendations on employee relations.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand employee needs and build trust.
• Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, reviewing and updating the employee relations policies and procedures and ensures their implementation.
• Administer HR Services precisely and timely; ensure high quality standards for all transactions.
• Monitor and control employees’ data for timely processing and compliance with policies.
• Assist in investigating and conducting disciplinary cases, prepare case briefs, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate induction planning for new recruits and advise new staff on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate planning of employees leaves with divisions/departments.
• Manage resolution of employee HR inquiries and grievances with adequate support.
• Process and communicate actions letters (promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions).
• Communicate and circulate new and updated policies to employees.
• Create, maintain, and update employee files ensuring confidentiality.
• Support implementation of HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Arts or related field
