Ninja is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support the HR team in delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees in Riyadh. You will coordinate onboarding activities, support orientation sessions, maintain onboarding documentation, and collaborate with IT, HR Ops, and other departments to ensure newcomers are well prepared for their start date and integration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 1-3 years' experience in onboarding or HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating onboarding with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding process for new employees from offer acceptance through initial integration.
• Serve as primary HR contact for new employees during onboarding period and provide support.
• Coordinate and support new employee orientation sessions, including induction schedules and required onboarding information.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Government Relations, IT, Administration, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
• Follow up on system access, equipment, workstations, email accounts, documentation, and other requirements before joining date.
• Collect, review, and maintain onboarding documentation and employee records with HR Operations.
• Monitor onboarding checklists and follow up on outstanding activities and requirements.
• Follow up with new employees during probationary period and support related activities with managers and HR Operations.
• Address onboarding inquiries and escalated issues to relevant HR team.
• Gather onboarding feedback and support initiatives to improve the onboarding process.
