Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to provide post-contract commercial management on major infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers claims, quantum analysis, EOT assessments, variation management, certification, and dispute support.

You will evaluate entitlements and assess contractor submissions, coordinating with civil, architectural, transport, and MEP packages to protect contractual interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field is required.
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (MRICS preferred).
• Extensive post-contract experience (10+ years) on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-contract commercial management and advisory services.
• Assess contractual entitlements, variations, claims, and cost implications.
• Prepare quantum assessments and commercial recommendations supported by project records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage interface risks and commercial governance.
• Support dispute resolution through detailed documentation and evidence.
