Key Responsibilities

• Advise on contractual entitlement, interpretation, and risk allocation.

• Perform forensic quantum analysis for cost claims.

• Prepare independent and evidence-based quantum reports.
• Conduct detailed extension-of-time assessments.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a relevant field.
• Minimum ten years of post-contract quantity-surveying experience.
• Strong record managing claims on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience reviewing payment certificates, variations, and contractor entitlements.
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying from a recognized body.
• RICS-accredited qualification is strongly preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of FIDIC contract forms.
• Familiarity with CESMM3 measurement principles.
• Practical experience with MEP installations and multidisciplinary work packages.
• Ability to perform forensic cost and quantum assessments.
