Parsons is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to support an major infrastructure program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Working within a PMO, you will assist the Cost Manager and Controls Manager with BOQ verification, measurement consistency, and reporting.

The role covers pre-contract and post-contract surveying, including cost estimation, tender evaluation, remeasurement, interim payments, variations, and claims. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying practices.
• Extensive experience in BOQ development, verification, and remeasurement.
• Experience reviewing construction variations, Change Orders, and claims.
• Strong understanding of construction measurement methodologies and commercial procedures.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify designer-prepared Bills of Quantities for major infrastructure projects.
• Check BOQs for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with approved measurement standards.
• Assess quantity calculations, unit-rate logic, and measurement methodologies.
• Identify discrepancies, omissions, and inconsistencies in design quantities and commercial documentation.
• Lead and support PMCM quantity surveying teams in completing BOQ remeasurements throughout construction.
• Ensure consistent application of approved BOQ structures and measurement rules across project packages.
• Maintain accurate records of verified quantities and supporting measurement documentation.
