LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE GROUP is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Construction, MEP and HVAC Solutions to drive commercial growth across the Central and Eastern Regions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on business development, project sales, and strategic account management within the building services market.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in B2B/project sales, with a deep background in MEP/HVAC, strong negotiation skills, and an extensive network in the Saudi construction sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in B2B or project sales, with at least 10 years in MEP/HVAC in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven sales track record selling HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, packaged and split systems).
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's construction sector, tendering, consultant specs, and procurement.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus; valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC and MEP solutions to drive revenue and market share.
• Lead business development, project sales, and strategic account management across Central and Eastern Regions.
• Manage complete project sales cycle from specifications and tenders to negotiations, contracts and collections.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and decision-makers.
