Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC MEP project sales. The role focuses on promoting HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, and end users across the Saudi market.

The ideal candidate will conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals while building long-term customer relationships. Willingness to travel for outdoor sales is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HVAC/MEP project sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers and project clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC and air conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF, VRV and related products.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on project leads, inquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals and tenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and end users.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding payments.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities, projects, leads and customer interactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities across KSA

• Bachelor of Technology or 3-Year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Arabic Language is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
• Existing customer/contractor relationships in the Saudi market will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to conduct outdoor sales and regular site visits.
