BEC Arabia is seeking a seasoned Senior Administrative Officer for the Logistics Department in Riyadh. You will manage administrative processes, coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations supporting major infrastructure projects.

You will handle documentation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials, while maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations and labor laws.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the Logistics Department, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive records of logistics activities, including inventory, shipping, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI requirements, and other regulatory standards relevant to logistics operations.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and ensure service quality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance metrics to senior management.
• Implement and optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities.
• Train and mentor junior administrative staff within the department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
