BEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to lead and optimize logistics operations in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will manage supply chains for government mega-projects and private developments, coordinating with procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on expertise in logistics planning, vendor management, and Saudi regulatory compliance, including customs and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of logistics management experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience in supply chain management, vendor negotiations and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements including customs clearance and transportation laws.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 45001 safety standards.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution and optimization of logistics for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management, and site teams to align timelines.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance ensuring contractual compliance and quality.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements including customs and safety laws.
• Oversee inventory management across tracking, storage and distribution.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics providers for cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain logistics KPIs to measure performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with BEC Arabia safety protocols including OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within logistics team.
