Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Leasing & Property Manager to oversee the group’s retail portfolio in the region, including site selection, lease negotiations, budgeting, store openings, and contract uploads to government platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams across planning, legal, finance, and marketing to optimize location strategy and ensure lease terms align with business guidelines. The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and offers a dynamic, luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing retail property portfolios and lease negotiations.
• Analyze budgets and forecast financial performance for stores.
• Plan store openings and evaluate new locations.
• Perform due diligence on prospective locations and mall profiles.
• Ensure lease terms comply with legal and company guidelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual progress reports on performance.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for the portfolio.
• Negotiate leases in line with budgets and business conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s retail property portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, budget analyses, store openings, and uploading leasing contracts to government platforms.
• Follow division policies and procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work.
• Prepare and implement leasing plans to exploit mall supply and generate future locations for retail outlets.
• Negotiate and finalize lease terms in line with guidelines and budgets.
• Maintain awareness of local legal procedures and lease term updates.
• Produce progress reports and analyze market trends to meet targets.
• Lead marketing initiatives for the portfolio within budget.
