Chalhoub Group is seeking a leasing professional to oversee its retail property portfolio across the Middle East. You will manage site selection, lead lease negotiations, and coordinate budget analyses to drive store openings and terms that align with strategic objectives.

You will perform due diligence, prepare mall profiles, and ensure all lease documents are properly prepared and signed by authorized stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with local laws and corporate policies.

• Experience in leasing strategies and site selection for retail networks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage retail property portfolio including site selection and lease negotiations.
• Prepare budget analyses and revenue forecasts for portfolio performance.
• Upload leasing contracts to government platforms and ensure compliance.
• Prepare mall profiles and perform due diligence on prospective locations.
• Negotiate and finalize lease terms in line with budgets and guidelines.
• Ensure lease documentation is correctly prepared and signed by stakeholders.
