Job summary

MRG Global Pty, based in Al Khobar, seeks a Senior Leasing Manager to lead and develop its leasing function across retail, office, residential and logistics assets. You will drive occupancy targets and rental income through strategic lease negotiations and tenant mix planning.

The role requires 8–12 years in leasing within Saudi Arabia, direct experience with developers, and strong leadership to manage internal teams and external agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
• 8–12 years of relevant leasing and commercial real estate experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with real estate developers or development-led organisations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the leasing function with structured processes, workflows and pipeline management.
• Develop and execute retail leasing strategies, including tenant mix planning and lease negotiations.
• Drive leasing across retail, office, residential, warehouse and logistics assets to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with retailers, F&B operators, corporate occupiers, brokers and consultants.
