Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Lead Engineer – Steel Structure in Jeddah to lead design, analysis, coordination, and execution of steel structural projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and coordinate with clients, architects, Fabricators, and contractors to deliver complex facilities.

The role requires extensive experience in structural steel engineering, leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects within scope,

Qualifications

• Bachelors in civil/structural engineering required.
• 18+ years in structural steel engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with stadiums, large venues, or major infra projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of codes: AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes, BS, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of steel structural projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and fabricators to meet project requirements.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality procedures.
