Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh seeks a Lead Field Engineer - Structural to lead supervision of reinforced concrete and structural steel works on a landmark development. You will manage field engineers and inspectors, review drawings and shop drawings, and ensure conformance with contract requirements and engineering standards on-site.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery, with close coordination with Resident Engineer, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in structural construction supervision.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, structural steel, deep foundations and temporary works.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural construction supervision on site.
• Review drawings, calculations and shop drawings for compliance.
• Monitor quality and safety in line with standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
