Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Lead Engineer - Steel Structure to drive the design, analysis, coordination, and execution of steel structural projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and fabricators, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards across stadiums, large venues, and major infra projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee design calculations, reviews, and construction drawings, providing technical leadership and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading steel structural design projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage steel structural engineering projects from conceptual design to completion.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, civil engineers, MEP disciplines, contractors, and fabricators.
