Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Structural Engineer – Building Design with at least 10 years of experience to support major giga-project delivery. You will drive design development for concrete and steel structures, perform analyses, review submittals, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and international standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with architecture, MEP and geotechnical teams, and contribute to technical reports and design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive structural engineering and design experience.
Strong background in large-scale infrastructure, high-rise buildings, or master-planned developments.
Proficiency with structural analysis and design tools (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE).
Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM coordination processes.
Understanding of international codes including AISC, ACI, Eurocodes, and Saudi Building Code.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead structural design development and modification for complex concrete and steel structures.
Perform structural analysis and design checks using recognized software and project standards.
Review submittals, shop drawings, calculations, method statements, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines and Saudi Building Code.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and BIM modelers.
Coordinate with architecture, MEP, geotechnical, and other teams.
