Job summary

Assystem seeks a Lead Structural Engineer in Saudi Arabia to head the structural discipline across complex infrastructure and buildings projects. You will oversee design development, analyses, and documentation, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Lead multidisciplinary coordination, supervise engineers, and drive technical reviews while engaging with authorities and clients to secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 12–15 years of relevant structural engineering design experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Structural Engineering discipline across projects and allocate activities based on priorities and competence.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design with architectural, MEP, geotechnical and other disciplines.
• Lead BIM/Digital Engineering coordination and ensure model integrity across lifecycle stages.
• Perform technical reviews of calculations, designs and reports and ensure compliance with codes.
• Represent the discipline in client meetings and coordinate with authorities for approvals.
