Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd in Riyadh seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist – Infrastructure Sourcing to drive strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order administration for major infrastructure programs.

On-site role requiring coordination with engineering, project controls, and construction teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets while maintaining compliant procurement records. Credentials such as CIPS/MCIPS or PMP are highly desirable and beneficial for progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years in procurement, sourcing and contract administration.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, rail, transportation, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, tendering, quotation analysis and PO administration.

Responsibilities

• Procure project supplies, materials, equipment and services per approved requirements and budgets.
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs and quotation documentation for suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier quotations against price, specs, delivery and terms.
• Identify vendors and coordinate competitive quotations and proposals.
• Analyze quotations for compliance, cost and schedule alignment.
• Support PO preparation and ensure accurate procurement records.
