Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of procurement management experience in capital works or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and governance.
• Experience with market engagement, tender evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, PRISM, Aconex or equivalent systems.
• Fluent English communication and ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with project objectives and schedules.
• Manage tender processes from EOI to contract award, including documentation and evaluations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and value for money.
• Review contract conditions and monitor pricing, risk, and development of mitigation plans.
• Provide mentorship and support to procurement team members and report to senior stakeholders.
