Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of project controls/cost management experience on large infrastructure projects in the Middle East preferred.
• Strong knowledge of earned value, baseline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of baselines budgets, schedules, and performance criteria.
• Analyze variances and drive corrective actions across cost and schedule.
• Prepare integrated cost/schedule reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Mentor and oversee project controls team including planners and cost engineers.
