Job summary

Massar Business Solutions is recruiting a Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager for a major Riyadh-based infrastructure programme. This project-based PMC role supports large-scale infrastructure, utilities, water, and construction packages.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in commercial, procurement, and contract management, with strong client-side or PMC experience, and holds MRICS/MCIPS/CIOB or equivalent. Arabic language preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Procurement, Law, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, CIOB, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial, procurement, and contract management roles.
