Job summary

Client on One95 Global seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead civil infrastructure and public realm projects from design development through handover in Saudi Arabia. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure builds meet project objectives and standards.

Responsibilities include managing design approvals, value engineering, risk mitigation, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience in infrastructure and public realm project delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with main contractors on large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, landscape, and urban realm.
• Experience in Engineering Manager, Design Manager, or Senior Project Engineering roles.
• Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and technical aspects from design development through handover.
• Provide engineering leadership across roads, utilities, drainage, landscape, and urban realm.
• Coordinate design consultants for practical, buildable solutions aligned with objectives.
• Act as primary engineering interface among client, consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Oversee deliverables, reviews, approvals, and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Support procurement and construction teams by resolving technical issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks to drive program certainty and technical excellence.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and contribute to senior reporting.
• Contribute to project strategy discussions.
