Job summary

Client of imploy in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, design, execution and supervision of civil projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review drawings, supervise construction, manage risks, mentor junior engineers, and uphold Saudi building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Registration or Saudi Council of Engineers membership preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, methods, and standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering and construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Review material specifications and approve technical submissions.
• Prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
