Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 15+ years in project management, construction delivery, infrastructure, or urban regeneration.
• Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary projects with high public visibility.
• Experience managing Design and Build contracts with design coordination, construction delivery, handover and close-out.
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and construction delivery of a public realm improvement project under a Design and Build contract.
• Ensure milestones, budget, quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across landscaping, roads, utilities, and public realm assets.
• Manage interfaces between functional requirements, construction constraints, and stakeholder needs.
• Lead project meetings, risk reviews, and progress reporting across multiple work streams.
• Support decision-making and drive practical mitigation for delivery challenges.
