Job summary

One95 Global is seeking experienced Engineering Managers (Senior & mid-level) to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering major infrastructure and public realm programmes in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee engineering across roads, utilities, drainage, landscape, and urban realm from design development through to handover, coordinating consultants and stakeholders to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering and infrastructure delivery experience.
• Experience as Engineering Manager, Design Manager or Senior Project Engineer on major projects.
• Proven ability to lead design coordination, manage consultants and align with contract strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and technical aspects from design through construction and handover.
• Provide engineering leadership across roads, utilities, drainage, landscape and urban realm works.
• Coordinate design consultants to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Act as the main engineering interface with client, consultants, authorities and contractors.
• Oversee technical reviews, design approvals, value engineering and change management.
• Ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Support procurement by resolving technical issues throughout project execution.
• Identify and mitigate design risks and drive programme certainty.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentor staff.
