Job summary

Client on One95 Global seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead civil infrastructure and public realm projects from design development through handover in Saudi Arabia. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure builds meet project objectives and standards.

Responsibilities include managing design approvals, value engineering, risk mitigation, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience in infrastructure and public realm project delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with main contractors on large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, landscape, and urban realm.
• Experience in Engineering Manager, Design Manager, or Senior Project Engineering roles.
• Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and technical aspects of major public realm and infrastructure projects from design development through construction and handover
• Provide engineering leadership across roads, highways, utilities, drainage, landscape, hardscape, urban realm and associated civil infrastructure works
• Coordinate and manage design consultants ensuring engineering solutions are practical, buildable, cost-effective and aligned with project objectives
• Act as the primary engineering interface between the client, consultants, authorities, construction teams and subcontractors
• Oversee engineering deliverables, technical reviews, design approvals, value engineering initiatives and design change management
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, Saudi regulations, project specifications and international engineering standards
• Support procurement and construction teams by resolving technical issues and providing engineering guidance throughout project execution
• Identify and mitigate engineering and design risks whilst driving programme certainty and technical excellence
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentor engineering staff across the project lifecycle
• Contribute to senior-level reporting, stakeholder engagement and project strategy discussions

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, and public realm project delivery.
• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience working for reputable main contractors on large-scale infrastructure and public realm projects.
• Extensive knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, landscape, hardscape, urban realm, and streetscape developments.
• Demonstrated experience in Engineering Manager, Design Manager, or Senior Project Engineering roles on major projects.
• Strong understanding of design management and engineering coordination within design-and-build contracting environments.
• Experience managing consultant teams, technical approvals, permitting processes, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Previous experience delivering projects within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience on giga projects, city developments, transportation programmes, or major urban regeneration schemes would be highly advantageous.
