Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to drive HVAC project sales growth across the Western Region. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, pursue new business opportunities, and convert bids into orders.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia, a strong regional network, and proven success in meeting sales targets. Saudi nationals only. Carrier offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia
• Strong network within Saudi HVAC market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with ability to develop strategic accounts

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Identify and pursue new HVAC business opportunities in the Western Region
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals, following up to convert opportunities into orders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and support achievement of sales targets
• Develop account strategies for key customers to maximize opportunities and profitability
• Identify large-scale HVAC projects and collaborate with internal teams for project acquisition
• Review bid opportunities and participate in commercial negotiations
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed
• Represent Carrier at industry events and customer workshops when required
