Job summary

Carrier in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive HVAC project sales across the Western Region. You will build new business, grow strategic accounts, and convert opportunities into orders while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia, a solid customer network in the Western Region, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network within the Western Region and proven sales record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities across the HVAC market in the Western Region.
• Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Represent Carrier at industry events and workshops as needed.
