Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead HVAC sales growth in Riyadh and the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. You will build and manage key accounts, identify opportunities, and promote Carrier’s HVAC solutions including DX air handling units, condensing units, packaged units, and DX split systems.

The role requires a strong technical background, a proven sales track record in the Saudi market, and the ability to develop long-term customer partnerships across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of HVAC sales or related technical sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets in Riyadh and Central Region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and distributors.
• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Promote Carrier HVAC solutions including DX air handling units, condensing units, packaged units and DX split systems.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and project pricing; follow up and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and factories to ensure pricing and timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular customer visits and monitor market trends.
