Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Saudi National) to drive growth in Riyadh and the Central Region. The role focuses on selling unitary HVAC solutions, understanding customer requirements, and delivering technical and commercial proposals.

You will manage key accounts, conduct visits, review submittals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely project delivery while developing lasting customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years in HVAC sales or related technical sales within Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Saudi national is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets, order bookings and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and distributors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Promote Carrier HVAC solutions including DX air handling units, condensing units, packaged units, and DX split systems.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, tenders, and project pricing; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
