Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Mechanical preferred. MBA adds advantage.
• 3–5 years of sales, business development, or customer relationship management experience, preferably in HVAC/building services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for service agreements, maintenance contracts, and aftermarket solutions.
• Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service inquiries with timely responses.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable orders.
• Promote connected and digital service offerings with tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor profitability and growth.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and report on pipeline and opportunities.
• Identify prospective customers and opportunities; engage in customer visits and industry events.
