Carrier seeks a motivated Senior Sales Engineer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to drive HVAC project sales across the Western Region. You will develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and convert opportunities into orders with a focus on strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia, an established local network, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while negotiating favorable terms with customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting opportunities to orders.
• Established market network with customers and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer focus and business development mindset.

Aufgaben

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new HVAC projects in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare competitive quotations and proposals and convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Represent Carrier at industry events and customer workshops when required.
