PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Executive, HR to shape the employee experience across the Middle East, from onboarding through day-to-day HR support. You will manage onboarding transactions, payroll validation, HR reporting, and compliance records.

The role includes coordinating talent acquisition, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting POSH training and audits, with additional attention to cross-border payroll support for India and Brazil.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end onboarding and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience preparing HR documents for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia HR practices and labor regulations.
• Ability to work across Middle East payroll processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding transactions end-to-end with IT and hiring departments.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and coordinate orientation.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, letters, files, visas, and HR records.
• Administer medical insurance enrollments, deletions, and claims follow-ups.
• Maintain HR databases, track probation, renewals, attendance, and leave.
• Validate monthly payroll inputs for the Middle East and support India and Brazil.
• Prepare HR documentation for audits and maintain compliance records.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain HR dashboards.
• Maintain POSH training records and support related data analysis.
• Support HR projects and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
