Job summary

ASBIS is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Saudi Arabia to ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, and oversee office administration. You will lead HR Operations, recruitment, onboarding, and administration, acting as the primary HR contact for employees and management in Saudi Arabia.

This role requires strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HR management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms.
• Experience managing HR operations, employee relations, and administration functions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and government-related processes (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, visas, work permits) and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance support, offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Supervise office administration and facility management.
• Lead and develop HR Administration and Administrative teams.
• Maintain HR records, contracts and employee documentation.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management in Saudi Arabia.
