Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Crewing Officer to manage international crew for the POSH Saudi fleet. You will oversee end-to-end crewing operations and ensure compliance with flag state and charterer requirements.

The role requires coordinating with Crew Managers, payroll, and shore teams, maintaining accurate crew records in COMPAS, and arranging pre-joining briefings and repatriations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing marine crew and offshore operations.
• Knowledge of international crewing regs (Flag State, STCW, MLC 2006).
• Ability to coordinate with HR, payroll, and shore teams.

Responsibilities

• Crew operations coordination and line-up readiness.
• Prepare documents for Aramco submissions.
• Verify joining crew documents and visas.
• Ensure crew hold valid visas, work passes, Aramco IDs, and permits.
• Manage the full crew mobilization cycle.
• Maintain crew profiles in COMPAS.
• Liaise with agents and shore teams for pre-joining briefings.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure payments.
• Arrange repatriation flights for off-signing crew.
• Perform other crewing duties as assigned.
