HITACHI ENERGY LTD is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead GIS and related high voltage projects in the Dammam area. You will oversee execution from planning to handover, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Strong leadership, 7–12 years in GIS/substation project execution, and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
Minimum 7–12 years of experience in project execution of GIS projects, Substation projects or similar high voltage equipment projects.
Preference for experience with Saudi Arabia & Middle East customers.
Should possess strong leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders for project interests.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.

Responsabilidades

Lead the execution of medium-size to large and complex GIS projects in line with contract scope and schedules.
Review contracts and understand terms, conditions, risks, and margin implications.
Plan, monitor, and control project activities (scope, time, cost) and coordinate handovers and approvals.
Develop and freeze project master schedules with internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate SAP/ERP processes and ensure ISO and internal process compliance throughout the project cycle.
Act as single point of contact and escalation for customers to ensure Hitachi Energy commitments.
