Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive GIS and substation projects in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery per contract scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and vendors to secure timely approvals and successful handovers.

The role requires 7–12 years in project execution, strong leadership and ERP experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
7–12 years of experience in project execution for GIS/substation designs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Ability to deliver under time, cost and quality constraints.
SAP or ERP knowledge advantageous.
Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of GIS and related projects per contract scope, schedule and budget.
Plan, monitor and control project activities, incl. handover and documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, customers and vendors for timely approvals and deliveries.
Manage risks, changes, and financial aspects to protect margins and delivery commitments.
Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, ISO and internal processes.
