Job summary

Starlinks FMCG in Riyadh seeks a Transportation Manager to plan, execute and optimize our nationwide transport and logistics operations. You will oversee freight across hubs, ensure on-time deliveries and maintain service levels while controlling costs.

The role requires strong FMCG logistics experience, KPI monitoring, route optimization, and vendor oversight with internal teams to align supply plans, driving efficiency, compliance and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Certifications in Transport Management or Logistics preferred.
• 6–10 years in transportation operations with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on fleet coordination and vendor management in FMCG environments.
• Strong KPI, cost-control, and performance monitoring skills.
• Budgets, vendor negotiation, cost-saving initiatives experience.
• Proficiency in TMS, GPS tools, and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation of goods across hubs and distribution points.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery aligned with shelf-life and order frequency.
• Supervise internal fleet and third-party logistics partners to meet targets.
• Define and track transport KPIs; monitor performance data.
• Reduce transport and delivery costs via route optimization and vendor negotiation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align transport plans.
