Fortune Link Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, drivers, and transport planning. You will ensure safety, compliance, and cost efficiency while coordinating with clients and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, transportation planning and fuel control.
• Experience using GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including trucks and drivers.
• Monitor driver attendance, schedules, performance, and discipline.
• Plan, assign, and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely transportation.
• Manage fuel consumption, maintain fuel records, and control fuel costs.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including truck movements, trip status, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization.
• Track vehicle availability and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all trucks have valid registrations, permits, insurance, and required certifications.
• Monitor GPS tracking and respond to route deviations or operational issues.
• Coordinate with clients, dispatchers, and operations teams to ensure smooth transportation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and Saudi transportation requirements.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and operational delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, drivers, maintenance, fuel, and fleet performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers when required.
