Job summary

Associated Talent Consultants in Jeddah is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee factory and branch logistics, ensuring dependable distribution across Saudi Arabia and balancing service, cost, safety and quality.

You will supervise transport, plan routes using SAP and delivery platforms, coordinate fleet and 3PLs, and develop the logistics team while maintaining compliance with Saudi standards and GMP/HACCP where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of logistics management experience.
• Strong FMCG experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end supply chain value and logistics performance management.
• Proficiency in SAP and route-planning platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics activities across factory, branches, and distribution points to ensure on-time, in-full delivery at quality and cost targets.
• Manage transport and distribution performance including DIFOT, vehicle utilization, service levels and costs.
• Plan and route delivery orders using SAP and route-planning platforms.
• Coordinate fleet availability, maintenance and compliant operation of vehicles with Saudi standards.
