Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Dhahran to deliver aftermarket services for Analytical and Measurement products. You will lead startup, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting while supporting growth of the service business.

You will train customers on product operation and maintenance, build strong customer relationships, and mentor junior engineers as part of a broader service team. Strong English communication is required and regional travel may be expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer or Instrument Engineer in process environments.
Experience in commissioning, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical systems and measurement products.

Responsibilities

Carry out startup and commissioning of Analytical Systems and Measurement Products.
Provide advanced technical support for detectors, analyzers, and chromatographs.
Perform site surveys, upgrades, and consulting opportunities.
Execute field modifications and upgrades independently or with a Project Manager.
Mentor Field Service Engineers in troubleshooting activities.
