Job summary

JCC System is seeking an Infrastructure Presales Engineer in Saudi Arabia to design and position enterprise infrastructure solutions addressing customer needs. You will support sales through workshops, PoCs, and technical proposals, while coordinating with vendors and preparing BOMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of presales engineering experience in a system integrator or solution provider.
• Experience in enterprise projects, government tenders, and large-scale IT deployments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center tech.
• Conduct technical workshops, assessments, and solution presentations.
• Prepare high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Hands-on PoC demonstrations and benchmark testing.
• Develop architecture diagrams and documentation.
