Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in enterprise networking solutions.
• Proven customer-facing presales experience.
• Strong solution architecture and technical consulting background.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.
• Strong network security expertise.
• Experience producing technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work with enterprise and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Presales & Customer Engagement
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand technical and business requirements.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations.
• Provide technical consultancy throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Translate business challenges into secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Support account managers and sales teams during strategic opportunities.
• Solution Architecture & Design
• Design enterprise network and cybersecurity architectures.
• Develop high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Recommend best-fit Cisco networking and security solutions.
• Create technical proposals, bill of materials (BOM), and solution documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with customer business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Networking Technologies
• Design enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and data center network solutions.
• Architect routing, switching, wireless, and network segmentation environments.
• Design high-availability and resilient network architectures.
• Support network transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Security Solutions
• Design enterprise security architectures using Cisco security technologies.
• Support firewall, VPN, Zero Trust, NAC, and secure access solutions.
• Recommend threat prevention, visibility, and compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on secure-by-design architectures.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Cisco and technology partners.
• Coordinate solution validation and technical evaluations.
• Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) and demonstration activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
