Job summary

Mindware is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Riyadh to advise the Sales team on technical issues, architect infrastructure solutions, and drive POC/RFP activities. You will build strong relationships with customers and partners and lead technical sales calls and demonstrations.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, solid knowledge of backup and recovery technologies (Veeam), and virtualization/cloud platforms. On-site work in Riyadh with opportunities to train and enable partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of company products/services.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account penetration strategies and targets.
• Lead demos, POCs, and RFP responses from a pre-sales perspective.
• Engage with partners and customers to drive adoption and value realization.
• Architect and present tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Deliver technical enablement and training to partners and clients.
