Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a leading cybersecurity vendor in Jeddah. This customer-facing pre-sales role requires translating complex security challenges into practical technology solutions and guiding customers through demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concepts.

You will collaborate with sales, customers and partners, design solutions around customer requirements, and help the team communicate effectively to technical and executive

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions or sales engineering role.
• Solid background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
• Experience communicating technical solutions to customers.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud and modern cybersecurity technologies.
• Saudi National is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand security challenges and environments.
• Design and position cybersecurity solutions around customer requirements.
• Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops and PoCs.
• Translate complex security concepts into clear, commercially relevant discussions for technical and senior stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with technical strategy, storytelling and customer engagement.
• Enable channel partners through technical training and solution positioning.
• Keep internal teams and partners up to date on emerging technologies and security capabilities.
• Work across cloud, security operations and modern security architectures to identify the right approach for each customer.
• Contribute to customer adoption and overall experience beyond the initial sale.
