Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and reliability across Rabigh operations. You will drive a total preventative maintenance program, optimize asset utilization and supervise a multi‑disciplinary engineering team.

You will partner with operations, safety, and finance to deliver reliable, cost‑effective results while upholding Almarai’s quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of food manufacturing processes, and a track record of TPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (UK standards accepted).
• Minimum 7 years of engineering management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and operations.
• Extensive knowledge of plant, equipment and control systems; experience with automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assets by implementing a total preventative maintenance system to ensure operational availability.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional teams across departments to meet business needs and targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean and TPM to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage budgets and cost controls while prioritizing safety and risk management.
